Submit Action Request
To submit an Action Request to County Counsel please follow the instructions below and use the appropriate web link:
Step 1
Note: Personnel matters are any employee discipline, demotion and grievance issues.

Click on the button “ADD RECORD” DO NOT click on 'Login to your HighQ account'
Step 3
- Completely fill out the intake sheet that will pop-up.
- Click “Add” to submit the request
